Establish Baseline
For all performance improvement methodologies, setting a baseline position from which measurements can be recorded over time is a standard and vital process.
EBSM is no exception. The data held within a library system’s LMS/ILS can be extracted to determine the current baseline against the following EBSM KPIs.
