We are delighted to announce 2 new enhancements to the collectionHQ Dashboard:

collectionHQ Configuration Overview Chart: Are you getting the most from collectionHQ? Find out at a glance with this informative new feature which highlights where you could achieve more from the application by configuring options such as holds, eBook, RFID, barcode links and more. The enhancement also allows Administrators to review how targets are being applied to achieve success with collectionHQ.

Schedule Dashboard Tasks: Integrate performance monitoring into your team’s regular workflow by adding Dashboard “tasks” to the collectionHQ Schedule.


Available Now: Updates to collectionHQ and ESP

We are delighted to announce the release of collectionHQ v4.10 and ESP v3.6. The updated versions include enhancements to the collectionHQ and ESP toolsets:

Rebalance Tools:

– Enhancements enable customers to use collectionHQ Floating tools to rebalance all collections – not just Floating collections. As a result, we have renamed our “Floating” tools as “Rebalance” tools.

Schedule Management:

– Supervisors and collectionHQ administrators can now share the responsibility of delegating and managing scheduled tasks, freeing up time for other duties.

ESP Tier Management*:

– Predictive Distribution can now be tailored more than ever to meet local requirements with the option to define distribution quantities according to genre and audience type.

collectionHQ v4.1 Available Now!

We are very pleased to announce the release of collectionHQ v4.1.

This release features the highly anticipated collectionHQ Scheduling module which, for the first time, provides collectionHQ users with the opportunity to create a calendar of tasks for each of the tools within collectionHQ and have task reminders emailed to colleagues for action on specified dates. Customers will also be able to monitor task completion, making collection management with collectionHQ more efficient than ever.
