Welcome, Elk Grove Village Public Library!

We’re very excited to welcome Elk Grove Village Library on board as a collectionHQ customer!

The Elk Grove Village Library has started in a home after a ‘A Book and a Buck’ fundraising campaign by the Elk Grove Village Junior Womans Club in 1959 – and it wasn’t until 1966 that they had a dedicated library space. Now they serve over 33,000 residents in the Cook and DuPage Counties.

The team at collectionHQ is focused on helping the library to optimize circulation of material by implementing the evidence-based toolset that will save time, maximize funds, and accelerate collection improvements.

As a collectionHQ subscriber, they also get access to our comprehensive DEI Analysis tool, allowing Elk Grove Village Library to analyze their collection and compare it against industry standard DEI topics to ensure a more inclusive and diverse collection that reflects their community.

Elk Grove Village Library joins the hundreds of libraries worldwide that subscribe to collectionHQ to effectively analyze detailed trends and metrics about how their collection is performing. With collectionHQ’s action plans, librarians can take steps to improve their collection, increasing turnover and aligning the collection with local demand.

Welcome, Jackson District Library!

We’re excited to welcome Jackson District Library on board as a collectionHQ customer!

Jackson District Library began life as ‘reading room’ for the Young Mens Asssociation in Jackson following the end of the civil war in the mid-1800’s. Today they have 13 separate branches and 1 bookmobile that helps them serve tens of thousands of patrons. In 2015 they celebrated ‘150 years of libraries’.

At collectionHQ we’re extremely proud to work with all libraries, but particularly those that clearly mean so very much to their community.
